新零售视角下CSA模式经营策略

Business Strategy of CSA Model from Perspective of New Retail

  • 摘要: “社区支持农业”(CSA)是农业可持续发展的重要方式之一。CSA是一种新型的农产品生产销售模式,消费者预付农业生产费用或同时参与农业生产劳动,农户则保证定期向消费者提供健康农产品,双方实现“利益共享,风险共担”。CSA在我国还处于起步阶段,发展缓慢。该文通过分析CSA在我国的发展障碍,从新零售视角探索提升CSA经营效率的策略,为CSA模式在我国的推广提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: Community Supported Agriculture(CSA)is one of the important ways of sustainable agriculture development,which has attracted wide attention in recent years.CSA is a new type of agricultural production sales model,in which customers pay production costs in advance or particpate in agriculture production labor,farmers make sure provide healthy agricultural products,and both sides achieve“benefit-sharing,risk-sharing”.Howerer,CSA is still in its beginning stage in our country,and the development is slow.Development barriers of CSA in china were analyzed,and stragey of improving efficiency of CSA by new retail perspective was explored,which would provide a useful reference for promotion of CSA in China.
