Abstract: At every stage of vegetable growth，much technology such as implementation of deep fog technology，disease prevention and control technology of ozone，spray technology in addition to space electric field and multifunctional electrostatic spray safe and efficient plant protection technology were applied.Effective measures were taken by agricultural management department of Beichen district in Tianjin city，that to practice these facilities vegetable production and the environmental security technology.It achieved remarkable results.
