Abstract: University campus safety culture is a unique cultural phenomenon.It is people-oriented，taking culture as the carrier，improving safety values of people through cultural infiltration and regulate safety of human behavior.It is the sum of conduct on the safety and security values.Present situation of safety education for college students was analyzed and development countermeasures were put forward.
