Abstract: In view of situation that China′s agricultural machinery manufacturing industry can not integrate advanced manufacturing technology and enterprise production well，present situation of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in China was analyzed，existing problems were pointed out，and corresponding solutions from aspects of manufacturing technology，operation management，design and manufacture and marketing were put forward.
