Abstract: Steady increase of social economic and technological forces in China has injected fresh vitality into construction of water conservancy projects.At the same time，goal of maximizing economic benefits was paid too much attention in the initial stage of water conservancy project construction，which has caused varying degrees of damage to local environment，that resulting in frequent waste of water resources and unreasonable use of phenomenon.Factors of affecting construction quality control of water conservancy projects were analyzed in depth.Measures for promote development of water conservancy projects were put forward to improve construction quality of water conservancy projects，which help to provid a reference for water conservancy construction.
