Abstract: High-yield and high-efficiency cultivation techniques for transplanting non-polluted peppers and seedlings were analyzed in detail.Selection of cultivation plots，development of nursery work，work of sorting and transplanting，field management work，pests and diseases of sharp pepper were reviewed，which help to improve quality of non-polluted sharp pepper and promote expansion of planting scale.
