响应面法优化生防蜡样芽孢杆菌BQ-4发酵培养基
Optimization Fermentation Media of Biocontrol Bacillus cereus BQ-4 by Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 以从植物根际分离筛选的生防蜡样芽孢杆菌BQ-4菌株为研究对象,采用单因素试验和Box-Behnken中心组合试验研究了蔗糖、豆饼粉和硫酸铵3个变量对芽孢产量的影响,建立了二次回归方程,通过响应面法分析优化出了最佳的发酵培养基配方,为BQ-4菌株的工厂化生产提供技术支持。结果表明:蔗糖、豆饼粉和硫酸铵的最佳浓度分别为21.67、39.80和19.95 g/L,经试验验证在此条件下BQ-4菌株的芽孢产量达29.36×108 CFU/mL。Abstract: Biocontrol Bacillus cereus BQ-4 strain which screened form the soil of plant rhizosphere was used as material and it′s fermentation medium was investigated by using single-factor and Box-Behnken design.The effects of sugar,patoto powder and (NH4)2SO4 were evaluated.Results showed that optimal concentrations of sugar,patoto powder and (NH4)2SO4 were 21.67、39.80 and 19.95 g/L.In this condition,endospore yeild of BQ-4 strain was 29.36×108 CFU/mL.
