Abstract: Agriculture is prerequisite and important foundation for country′ s prosperity，agricultural product logistics system is an important way to communicate agriculture and market.Connotation and function of agricultural logistics were expounded，interaction between agricultural logistics and agricultural economic growth was analyzed，problems existing in development of agricultural products logistics were pointed out，and corresponding suggestion were put forward，that could provide theoretical reference for construction and development of modern agricultural product logistics system.
