Practice of Excellent Agriculture and Forestry Talents Training Mode in Agricultural Machinery Under Vision of“New Engineering”

摘要: 在国家“新工科”教育改革背景下，以农业机械化及其自动化专业卓越农林人才发展需求为导向，以高素质复合型新工科人才培养为目标，基于“三平台”协同育人的培养模式，发挥综合性大学多学科优势，充分调动一切资源为培养复合应用型的高素质学生服务，培养出更多的适于农业机械行业发展需要的卓越农林人才。

Abstract: Under background of national“new engineering”education reform，more excellent agricultural and forestry talents suitable for development of agricultural machinery industry are cultivated.The development demand of excellent agricultural and forestry talents was guidance in the major of agricultural mechanization and automation.Based on the“three platforms”，training mode of high-quality composite talents of new engineering was to give full play to multi-disciplinary advantages of comprehensive universities，and fully mobilize all resources for training of high-quality students of composite application.
