Preliminary Exploration of Rural Collective Management Construction Land in Fenggang County of Guizhou Province

摘要: 对贵州省凤冈县农村集体经营性建设用地情况进行了细致深入的调研，初步摸清了农村集体经营性建设用地类型，探讨了当前农村集体经营性建设用地入市面临的主要困境，提出了推动农村集体经营性建设用地入市改革的配套措施和建议，为今后完善和规范农村集体经营性建设用地入市提供参考。

Abstract: Situation of rural collective management construction land in Fenggang county was investigated.Land use type was initially found out.Difficulties for rural collective management construction land faced in reaching into the market were discussed.Reform measures and proposals to promote rural collective management construction land into the market were put forward.It provided reference for improving and standardizing rural collective management construction land into the market.
