Abstract: Importance of strengthening intellectualization and system construction of power distribution network in rural areas were emphasized.Composition of power distribution platform in rural areas was expounded.Taking a rural area as an example，corresponding reform measures were put forward and implemented，and transformation effect was evaluated.
