Grain production social service industry development planning based on WSR methodologytaking Liaocheng City of Shandong Province as an example

Grain is fundamental to national economy and people's livelihood．Social services are crucial to ensuring food security and increasing farmers' income．Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, is an important grain production region in China．Current development status, problems, and countermeasures of Liaocheng's grain industry were analyzed．WSR（Wuli-Shili-Renli）methodology was used to analyze grain industry social service environment, optimize resource allocation, improve industrial chain, cultivate diversified entities, and innovate service mechanisms and service areas to enhance social services quality and promote grain industry development．A reference was provided for applying WSR methodology to related industry planning．
