大孔树脂对葛根黄酮的吸附分离特性研究

Performance of Absorption and Separation of the MacroreticularResin for Pueraria Isoflavones

摘要: 选择１０种大孔吸附树脂，比较其对葛根黄酮的吸附率与解吸率，筛选较优的葛根黄酮吸附剂。研究结果表明，ＡＢ－８树脂较宜于葛根黄酮的提纯，经ＡＢ－８树脂吸附分离后，提取物中黄酮含量提高近一倍

Abstract: Through the comparisons among ten kinds of macroreticular resin’s absorption and desorption， AB-8 resin is selected as Pueraria isoflavones’s absorbent． Experiment results showed that AB-8 resin possesses high absorption capacity. After absorption, the content of isoflavone is doubled.
