Abstract: Under the guidance of the new engineering background, taking the College of Food Engineering and Nutritional Science of Shaanxi Normal University as the example, the new training mode of food talents was constructed and practiced on the base of reserving the knowledge, building the skills training platform and broadening the knowledge acquisition channels for new engineering talents, so as to provide reference and guidance for the cultivation of the innovative food talents.
