新工科背景下食品创新人才培养途径探析
Exploration of Training Mode of Innovation Food Talent under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 文章以陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院为例,阐述了新工科背景下,在食品创新人才知识储备体系、技能实训平台搭建和新工科人才知识获取途径等方面的探索和实践,以期为创新创业创意食品本科人才的培养提供借鉴和指导。Abstract: Under the guidance of the new engineering background, taking the College of Food Engineering and Nutritional Science of Shaanxi Normal University as the example, the new training mode of food talents was constructed and practiced on the base of reserving the knowledge, building the skills training platform and broadening the knowledge acquisition channels for new engineering talents, so as to provide reference and guidance for the cultivation of the innovative food talents.
