Abstract: Maize is a common food crop, with high yield, wide use, applicability and other characteristics, in many areas of China has been widely planted. Taking Shexian County as an example, the control measures of maize common diseases and insect pests were discussed by analyzing the planting techniques of high yield maize, in order to provide reference for the vast number of maize growers.
