Abstract: In order to understand the primary bird and animal species as well as their annual activity patterns in the desert forest area,and to ascertain the diversity of species within the desert forests, the Forest Pest Control and Quarantine Bureau of Changji State organized professional technicians to conduct monitoring of avian and mammalian wildlife in the desert forests within the region. The preliminary findings from this survey provided valuable insights into the types and abundance of birds and animals in Changji State,with significant implications for understanding the current status of bird and animal species distribution within Changji State’s desert forests.
