新工科背景下地方院校实践教学改革探索——以吉林农业大学工程技术学院为例

摘要: 对新工科背景下地方院校实践教学改革路径进行了研究和探讨。以吉林农业大学工程技术学院为例,首先给出了新工科人才培养的能力内涵,然后结合学校自身条件和特色,根据能力内涵确定了新的人才培养方案,进行了人才培养模式和组织机构改革,最后改进了实践教学的考核标准。实践表明,改革方案成效良好,可为地方高校实践教学改革提供借鉴。Abstract: This paper studies the reform path of practical teaching in local colleges under the background of emerging engineering education. Taking Jilin Agricultural University as an example, the author gives the connotation of the ability of emerging engineering talents training, and combines the school’s own conditions and characteristics, determines the new talent training program according to the connotation of the ability, carries out reform of personnel training mode and organizational, and improves the assessment criteria for practical teaching. Practice shows that the reform program has achieved good results. This paper can provide reference for the practice reform of local colleges and universities.
