摘要: 农民作为农业生产经营的主要参与者,具备良好生产经营素质能够加快推进我国农业农村现代化发展进程。因此,大力开展农民科技教育培训,能够有效提升农民的综合素质,增强农村经济发展后劲,助推农业产业健康发展。

Abstract: As the main participants in agricultural production and management, farmers with good production and management quality can accelerate the development process of agricultural and rural modernization in China. Therefore, vigorously carrying out farmers’ science and technology education and training can effectively improve farmers’ comprehensive quality, enhance the afterforce of rural economic development, and promote the healthy development of agricultural industry.
