Abstract: Aiming at the problems of difficult film unloading, poor working reliability and low efficiency of the existing residual film recycling machine, a flexible self returning spiral tooth automatic film unloading mechanism is designed. Through design determination and performance test, the mechanism is successfully applied to the existing residual film recycling machine products, and finally a spiral tooth hydraulic automatic film unloading and waste film recycling machine is formed.
