Abstract: In recent years, the Party Committee and Government of Changshun County have taken the pepper industry as the dominant vegetable variety of the whole county, and the pepper industry has become one of the industries to help the people and increase their income in Changshun County, with a perennial planting area of about 2 000 hm~2. After years of practice, Changshun County summarized the cultivation mode suitable for the production and development of summer and autumn pepper in this region. Combined with the production practice of Changshun County, the high-quality and high-yield cultivation technology of summer and autumn pepper was expounded.
