Abstract: Shuozhou is an important coarse grain production base in North China. In recent years, Shuozhou has firmly established and practiced the new development concept of food security. Vigorously develop the intensive and deep processing of small cereals,and the annual processing capacity of small cereals in the city has reached 28 × 10~4t. Shuozhou coarse cereals has gradually embarked on the road of industrial development from small to large, from existing to excellent, and from weak to strong. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of miscellaneous grain industry in Shuozhou, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward targeted suggestions.
