Abstract: In the rural revitalization strategy, talent revitalization plays a vital role. Through the research and analysis of the educational ability improvement project of the three rural work teams in J City, the "1+1+N" training model is summarized-emphasizing the integrity of the rural talent training process, the flexibility of training methods and the comprehensive quality of training attach importance to the improvement of educational qualifications, skills and comprehensive abilities of rural talents, and provide new ideas for cultivating a team of rural talents who understand agriculture, love the countryside, and love farmers.
