Abstract: Minqin County has rich agricultural products resources and unique natural conditions for developing agricultural products processing industry. This paper introduces the present situation of agricultural products and the development characteristics of processing industry, analyzes the problems existing in the processing industry of agricultural products in Minqin County, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to identify the breakthrough point of developing high-quality agricultural products processing industry with high quality.
