关于侯马市绿色食品香菇生产的研究

Study on the Production of Green Food Lentinus Edodes in Houma City

  • 摘要: 文章通过对侯马市瑞河食用菌专业合作社申报绿色食品香菇认证程序、评审流程以及生产环境、生产模式、生产过程的分析研究,针对目前食用菌生产存在的不足之处,提出了转型升级的几点建议,旨在更好地指导菇农发展绿色生产,保护生态环境,提质增效。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, Ruihe mushroom professional cooperative applied for green food mushroom certification procedures, assessment process, production environment, production mode, production process analysis, in view of the existing deficiencies in mushroom production, put forward some suggestions for transformation and upgrading, in order to better guide mushroom farmers to develop green production, protect the ecological environment, improve quality and efficiency.
