Abstract: Vocational skill competition is an important starting point for the reform of vocational education teaching and professional development, and it provides an important platform for cultivating and excavating outstanding technical talents. However, the problems in the organization and management model during the development of vocational skill competitions severely restrict the development of vocational skill competitions. This article takes the agricultural machinery maintenance skill competition as an example,and discusses the organization and management mode of the agricultural machinery maintenance skill competition in vocational colleges.
