Abstract: In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was emphasized to strengthen the strategic focus of ecological civilization construction, promote high-quality development and create high-quality life with high-level ecological environment protection, and adhere to the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection. However, currently, China is facing the challenge of unequal waste production and treatment technology, especially in the field of vegetable waste treatment. By introducing the basic situation of Jinning District of Kunming City and the current situation of vegetable waste treatment, the existing problems in vegetable waste treatment were analyzed, and the feasible solutions were put forward.
