Abstract:
In order to sum up experience, continuously enhance the economic efficiency of organic dry farming vegetable production, the production cost and benefit of three kinds of vegetables, such as hot pepper, little tomato and big tomato, in dry farming in Zezhou County in recent three years were investigated and analyzed. It is found that artificial wages and seedlings are the main costs in production, and the benefits are more obviously affected by the weather. In order to raise the level of mechanization, increase investment in disaster prevention facilities, and vigorously develop disaster insurance and cost insurance, to ensure the continuous improvement of production efficiency and promote the sustainable development of industry.
