Abstract: In order to continuously improve the advantages of traditional peanut processing in Longyan City and improve the quality of white-cured peanuts, 9 white-cured peanut processing varieties were introduced, and tests and identification were carried out in pod yield, seed yield, evaluation of main agronomic traits and resistance, and statistical analysis was made on the test results. It was concluded that Longhua 172 was the most suitable variety for white-cured peanuts processing.
