食用菌废菌棒脱袋与粉碎技术现状

  • 摘要: 食用菌生产过程中会产生大量废菌棒,废菌棒残留了大量菌丝、有益菌和营养物质,具有较高的再利用价值。文章从生产实际出发,对废菌棒的脱袋装备和粉碎装备的原理与优缺点进行了综合分析,指出现阶段我国废菌棒脱袋装备存在脱袋效率低、工作连续性差和结构复杂及菌袋脱净率不高等问题,我国废菌棒粉碎装备存在制造成本高、结构复杂和噪声大等问题,提出废菌棒脱袋装备和粉碎装备的重点研究方向:进行脱袋粉碎一体化,实现高效低损的脱袋粉碎;应用智能控制技术,提升装备的智能化水平和自动化水平。

     

    Abstract: In the process of edible fungus production, a large number of waste fungus sticks will be produced, and a large number of mycelia, beneficial bacteria and nutrients remain in the waste fungus sticks, which has a high reuse value. According to practical production, the waste of bacteria stick to take off the bag equipment and crushing equipment principle and advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and pointed out the present stage our country waste bacteria stick to take off the bag equipment is to take off the bag of low efficiency, poor continuity and complicated structure and fungus bag to take off the net rate is not high, waste in china there are great crushing equipment manufacturing problems such as high cost, complex structure and large noise. The key research directions of waste bacteria rod bagging equipment and crushing equipment are put forward: the integration of bagging and crushing to achieve high efficiency and low loss bagging and crushing. Intelligent control technology is applied to improve the intelligent level and automation level of equipment.
