Abstract:
Taking pine wood nematode disease as the research object, Smal-007 bacterial agent was used to control it, and the control effect was discussed. In the experiment, 9 hm~2 black pine planting base infected with pine wood nematode disease in Taishan forest farm is selected and divided into three groups: control group, test group 1 and test group 2. Test group 1 was sprayed with Smal-007 bacterial agent manually, and the spraying amount was 4 kg/0.067 hm~2, Smal-007 bacterial agent was sprayed manually in test group 2, and the spraying amount was 8 kg/0.067 hm~2. The control group was not sprayed. The results showed that the number of dead plants in test group 1 and test group 2 decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05), and the number of dead plants in test group 1 and test group 2 decreased significantly(P<0.01). The reduction rate of dead plants in test group 1 was significantly higher than that in test group 2. It shows that smal-007 bacterial agent has a good control effect on pine wood nematode disease. The spraying effect of 8 kg/0.067 hm~2 is better than that of 4 kg/0.067 hm~2.
