Abstract: As an important food crop, the effective supply of rice is a key measure to ensure the effective supply of national food and protect people’s rice bowl. This paper proposes targeted selection of seeds, scientific seedling raising, reasonable transplanting, scientific fertilization, and scientific control of pests and diseases. In order to lay a foundation for the effective supply of high-quality rice,the comprehensive prevention and control plan for high-yield rice cultivation and pests and diseases has been formulated.
