履带式联合收获机差逆变速箱田间载荷测试与分析

Field Load Test and Analysis of Differential Reverse Transmission of Crawler Combine Harvester

  • 摘要: 以履带式水稻联合收获机为试验样机,通过开展半轴改造、传感器选型与标定、设备安装调试等工作,构建差逆变速箱载荷测试系统。并借助路谱信号处理软件对载荷时间历程分别进行预处理、雨流循环计数统计,得到田间行走非平稳工况载荷谱和各工况下的功耗,为完善差逆变速箱的结构设计提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: A differential inverse transmission load testing system was constructed by carrying out the half-shaft transformation, sensor selection and calibration, equipment installation and debugging, taking the crawler rice combine as the test prototype. The load time history was preprocessed and the rain-flow cycle count statistics were carried out with the help of the road spectrum signal processing software, and the load spectrum and power consumption under each condition were obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for improving the structural design of the differential inverse transmission.
