Abstract: The advantages of modern science and technology have become the way to change the development of various industries and improve the operating efficiency. From the perspective of agricultural information construction at this stage, information technology can change the traditional agricultural management mode and solve the practical problems of agriculture, which has become a new direction of agricultural development. Combined with the function value of modern information technology, this paper discusses the practical strategy of the integration of information technology and agricultural development, so as to enhance the competitive advantage of Chinaese agricultural modernization development and effectively guarantee the farmers’ operating efficiency.
