Abstract:
To provide scientific basis for improving the effective utilization of bacterial chaff and livestock manure resources, the efficiency of anaerobic fermentation of bacterial chaff mixed with different raw materials was studied. The anaerobic fermentation gas production test was carried out through the anaerobic fermentation test device using the mixture of bacterial bran, chicken dung, cow dung and duck dung as fermentation raw materials. The results showed that from the analysis of biogas production, the average daily gas production of the mixture of mushroom bran and chicken manure, cow manure and duck manure was 279.291 L/(kg·d), 282.696L/(kg·d) and 342.76 L/(kg·d), respectively. The biogas production efficiency of the mixture of mushroom bran and duck manure was22.7% and 21.25% higher than that of chicken manure and cow manure respectively; According to the analysis of methane concentration, the average daily methane production of the mixture of mushroom bran and chicken dung, cow dung and duck dung is 56.8%,62.54% and 60.38%, respectively. The best methanogenic combination is mushroom bran and cow dung.
