奎屯垦区棉花高效防病菌肥的研究

Study on High Efficient Disease Prevention and Yield Increasing Bacterial Manure for Cotton in Kuitun Reclamation Area

  • 摘要: 利用棉花根际促生防病微生物拮抗和诱导抗病来防治土传棉花黄萎病,促进棉花生长,其中增菌工艺和发酵工艺是重要的研究内容。从棉花根际微生物与内生菌多样性入手,分离筛选棉花促生防病微生物,找到棉花促生防病的有效资源菌株。利用资源菌株研发促生防病菌肥,进行大田试验示范,为棉花抵抗病害和增加产量提供生态屏障和养分来源。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent and control verticillium wilt of soil-borne cotton and to promote cotton growth, the technology of increasing bacteria and fermentation is the important research content. Starting from the diversity of rhizosphere microorganisms and endophytes of cotton, the microorganisms promoting growth and preventing disease of cotton were isolated and screened, and the effective resource strains for promoting growth and preventing disease of cotton were found. The resource strains were used to develop growth promotion and disease prevention bacterial fertilizer, and field test and demonstration were carried out to provide ecological barrier and nutrient source for cotton to resist disease and increase yield.
