Abstract:
The research of Chenopodium quinoa related fields mainly focuses on the analysis of quinoa planting,breeding,by-product application and deep processing and utilization, while there is no more development of other agricultural product types except quinoa seeds. This context set up four different cultivation environments:seedling substrate, loam soil, river sand, and river sand∶loam soil=1∶1 (volume ratio).By measuring plant height, leaf length, leaf width, and starch and soluble protein content, the effects of different cultivation substrates on the yield and nutrient content of quinoa malt seedlings were analyzed. The results showed that the substrate culture could improve the yield of quinoa malt seedlings, keep its growth rate at a higher level and have a higher starch accumulation level (110.580 g/gFw).The difference in soluble protein content is relatively small under different cultivation conditions, with the highest soluble protein content (152.193 mg/gFw) in quinoa malt seedlings under mixed cultivation conditions of equal volume river sand and loam soil. Therefore, the seedling substrate can be used as the most ideal culture environment for quinoa malt seedlings and vegetables.
