Abstract: Agricultural tourism complex is a new model of rural tourism and an effective way to realize the integrated development of agriculture and tourism. Through the field survey of Henan, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and some rural areas in Shanghai, starting from the relevant measures to promote industrial revitalization, the development of characteristic agriculture and the development status of agricultural tourism complex, this paper uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to explore the advantages and bottlenecks of agricultural tourism complex construction in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization. After investigation and analysis, it is found that there are some problems in the construction of rural agricultural tourism complex, such as lack of talents, weak publicity, small scale, weak management ability and so on. In view of the problems, combined with the successful experience of other regions, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of talent training and government enterprise combination, in order to make suggestions and suggestions for promoting the development of agricultural tourism complex and promoting the integration of rural agriculture and tourism.
