Abstract: Fresh soybean is one of the important basic crops in China, and it is favored by people because of its high nutrition. Taking Lianjiang County of Fujian Province as an example, this paper introduced the production status and characteristics of fresh soybean, analyzed and summarized the key points of high yield and high quality cultivation technology of local fresh soybean, in order to provide some reference for related personnel.
