Abstract: In order to further strengthen the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, Shanxi agricultural product quality and safety inspection and monitoring center carried out routine monitoring of agricultural product quality and safety of the province in four quarters in April, June, August and November 2020 respectively. A total of 952 samples were sampled, and 939 qualified samples were tested, with a qualified rate of 98.6%. The vegetables in the sampling samples were analyzed. Through the special rectification action on quality and safety, the quality and safety situation was further found out, and the problems of excessive pesticide residues were solved, so as to ensure the quality and safety of vegetables and the healthy development of the industry in Shanxi Province.
