Abstract:
As a new type of sweetener crop, stevia is widely used. The tensile mechanical properties of stevia stems are one of the important factors affecting the mechanized operation of stevia. The stevia seedlings were taken as the research object to explore the mechanical properties of the stems of the stevia seedlings. Taking the midpoint of the stevia seedlings as the dividing point, the tensile strength of the upper and lower parts of the seedlings was measured. The tensile strength of the lower part of the stevia seedling was determined to be 11.77MPa, and the tensile strength of the upper part was 3.14MPa. The test results can provide reference and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the stevia transplanting mechanism, seedling removal mechanism, and seedling feeding mechanism.
