甜叶菊秧苗茎秆拉伸力学特性试验研究

Experimental Study on the Tensile Mechanical Properties of Stevia Seedling Stem

  • 摘要: 甜叶菊作为一种新型甜料作物,其产品应用广泛。甜叶菊茎秆的拉伸力学性能是影响甜叶菊机械化作业的重要因素之一。为此,以甜叶菊秧苗为研究对象,探究甜叶菊秧苗茎秆的拉伸力学性能。以甜叶菊秧苗中点为分界点,测定秧苗上下两部分的抗拉强度,经测定甜叶菊秧苗下部抗拉强度为11.77 MPa,上部抗拉强度为3.14 MPa。试验结果可为甜叶菊移栽机构、取苗机构、喂苗机构等结构的设计与优化提供参考和理论依据。

     

    Abstract: As a new type of sweetener crop, stevia is widely used. The tensile mechanical properties of stevia stems are one of the important factors affecting the mechanized operation of stevia. The stevia seedlings were taken as the research object to explore the mechanical properties of the stems of the stevia seedlings. Taking the midpoint of the stevia seedlings as the dividing point, the tensile strength of the upper and lower parts of the seedlings was measured. The tensile strength of the lower part of the stevia seedling was determined to be 11.77MPa, and the tensile strength of the upper part was 3.14MPa. The test results can provide reference and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the stevia transplanting mechanism, seedling removal mechanism, and seedling feeding mechanism.
