Abstract:
In order to effectively and rationally exploit Rabdosiarubescens resources and speed up the propagation rate of cuttage, an experiment on the effect of different concentrations of indolebutyric acid on the cuttage of Rabdosiarubescens was designed. The results showed that the survival rate of stiff branches of Rabdosiarubescens treated with 100 mg/L rooting agent was the highest(96.17%). The number of new roots, root length, plant height and stem diameter were the best results, which were 6.5 PCS/plant,6.945 cm strips/root, 6.35 cm/plant and 0.525 mm/plant. It is suggested that the indolebutyric acid rooting agent with concentration of 100 mg/L can significantly improve the survival rate, promote the growth of roots and branches, and accelerate the reproduction rate of Rabdosiarubescens.
