Abstract: Rice is the main grain crop in Guizhou. In recent years, the area under rice cultivation has gradually increased, but under the influence of traditional agriculture, there are many problems in the process of rice cultivation, such as unreasonable fertilization,inadequate techniques and incomplete pest control. Therefore, the paper summarized the cultivation, fertilization and pest control techniques of rice in Guizhou mountainous areas, and provided reference for rice cultivation in Guizhou mountainous areas.
