Abstract: The harmless treatment of maize straw in Kelan County has always been the focus of attention, but the straw treatment methods currently used in this area can not effectively solve the problem of straw treatment, which directly affects farmers’ planting enthusiasm, land output, agricultural income and local environment. In order to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in Kelan County, this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of corn straw in Kelan County, and puts forward several suggestions and countermeasures, in order to help the harmless treatment of maize straw in Kelan County.
