Abstract: With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, tea has become the most common drink in daily life. But the management of tea in China is relatively scattered, the cultivation technology is backward, and the field management is extensive, which leads to the unsatisfactory yield and quality of tea in China. Therefore, it is an important prerequisite for the upgrading and development of tea planting industry to do a good job in tea planting management to improve the quality of tea and enhance the economic efficiency of tea farmers. This paper discusses in detail the planting and management technology of tea in mountainous areas of China for reference.
