Quality Control of Quantitative Analysis and Detection of Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

  • 摘要: 农药残留检测是保证农产品质量,避免农残危害人身健康的重要手段,而检测过程中质量控制是提高检测结果准确性的关键。从检测前、中、后3个阶段的不同层面探讨定量分析过程中质量控制措施及其重要性,为果蔬中农药残留定量分析的准确性提供参考依据。
    Abstract: Pesticide residue detection is an important means to ensure the quality of agricultural products and avoid the harm of agricultural residues to human health, and quality control is the key to improve the accuracy of detection results. Quality control measures and their importance in quantitative analysis were discussed from different levels of the three stages before, during and after detection, so as to provide reference for the accuracy of quantitative analysis of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
