不同规格玉米芯发酵料对平菇栽培的影响

Effect of Fermented Corncob with Different Specifications on Pleurotus Ostreatus Cultivation

  • 摘要: 为了研究不同规格玉米芯发酵料对平菇栽培的具体影响,选用4种不同规格的玉米芯发酵料作为平菇栽培材料。结果表明:采用0.1~0.4 cm和0.4~1.3 cm直径的玉米芯,栽培成功率高于95%,成功种植平菇的速度增长较快,生物效率超过110%;玉米芯直径1.4~2.6 cm和2.7~3.2 cm,发酵反应温度较低,成功栽培率分别降至79.11%和59.11%,平菇的生长相对缓慢,生物效率仅为86.3%和75.36%。结果表明:直径为0.1~1.3 cm的玉米芯发酵料为栽植平菇的最优材料。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the specific effects of different specifications of corncob fermentation materials on the Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation, four different specifications of corncob fermentation materials were used as Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation materials.The results showed that: using 0.1~0.4 cm and 0.4~1.3 cm diameter corncobs, the cultivation success rate was higher than 95%, the speed of successfully planting Pleurotus ostreatus increased rapidly, and the biological efficiency exceeded 110%; the corncob diameters were 1.4~2.6 cm and 2.7~3.2 cm, the fermentation reaction temperature is low, and the successful cultivation rate drops to79.11% and 59.11%, respectively. The growth of Pleurotus ostreatus is relatively slow, and the biological efficiency is only 86.3%and 75.36%. The results showed that the fermented corncob with a diameter of 0.1~1.3 cm was the best material for planting Pleurotus ostreatus.
