气相色谱法测定茶叶中乙酰甲胺磷的不确定度分析

Analysis of Uncertainty in the Determination of Acephate in Tea by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱法测定茶叶中乙酰甲胺磷残留量,分析了测定过程中的不确定度来源,评定了各不确定度分量,并计算了合成不确定度与扩展不确定度。结果表明,当茶叶中乙酰甲胺磷残留量为0.114 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.010 mg/kg,且在测定过程中样品溶液浓度与样品测定重复性对结果影响最大。

     

    Abstract: The residue of acephate in tea was determined by gas chromatography. The source of uncertainty in the determination process was analyzed, each uncertainty component was evaluated, and the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. The results showed that when the residue of acephate in tea was 0.114 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.010 mg/kg, and the concentration of sample solution and the repeatability of sample determination had the greatest influence on the results.
