Abstract: This paper designs a fruit and vegetable cleaning device with AT89S51 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, which uses the combination of ultrasonic and ozone sterilization and retains the original water washing method, which can not only clean the dust on the outer surface of fruits and vegetables, but also clean the residual pesticide reagent of fruits and vegetables,and display the cleaning results through LCD display circuit.
