Abstract: The ecological three-dimensional breeding model of lotus root fish is to optimize the conditions of lotus root fish breeding, reduce the production cost of lotus root fish breeding, scientifically prevent and control diseases and pests, reduce the chemical and drug residues of lotus root and fish products, and improve the safety of lotus root and fish products by using the symbiotic relationship between lotus root field and lotus root fish in fish pond. Taking Funan County as an example, from the ecological perspective of lotus root fish symbiosis, this paper discusses the ecological planting and breeding technology of lotus root fish, so as to provide some reference suggestions for improving the quality and increasing the yield of lotus root fish.
