Abstract: As a world food and crop with high nutritional value, high yield increase potential and wide added value, potatoes have received more and more attention in the field of food manufacturing. Taking potato pureed as raw material, it is proposed to take the development of "mashed potato plasticine" as the leading product to build a "one-line multi-purpose" type potato industrialization economic innovation production platform, in order to open up a new development direction for potato industry.
